Installation Guide with wiring diagrams

	Ensure that the product matches your fittings
	Make sure the area is well lit when lights are turned off. Excercise due care and use appropriate PPE like goggles,gloves,appropriate foor wear
	Remove the adapter carfully from the packaging and have it ready
	Turn off the power supply for the lights you would want to replace.
	Remove the starter and old fluro and keep it in a safe place
	Replace/Insert Sheer Brite Adapter into the tombstones as you would replace a tube,holding with two hands held apart insert both ends and turn gently to lock it in place.
	Turn On the power supply upon completion of all work.
	If you find the tombstones yellowish or broken or starters powdering.this is a damage due to heat, engage a qualified person.

For Larger installations it is a requirement that the capacitor be disconnected from the circuit.we strogly recomend that you engage a licensed electrician or your accredited electrical contractor or contact us .
